Supply - Is subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the Parties hereby subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts thereof.
Goods - Are offered on an invitation to buy basis not a right to sell.
Complaints - Should be sent by email to srush@poker-shop.co.uk, or in writing to:- Simon Rush, Acelink Communications Limited, Unit 2, Fletchers Square, Southend-on-sea, Essex, SS2 5RN or facsimile 0870 87 36 007 (national rate).
We will endeavour to acknowledge the complaint by the end of the next working day but no later than 5 working days.
Privacy policy - We will only record the details necessary for the completion of your order.
Returns Policy - We are very confident that you'll be extremely satisfied with our products. If you are not then please call us for a return authorisation and return in mint unused condition at your own expense to our office within 10 days of receipt and we will refund your money subject to a 25% restocking fee for our administration expenses excluding customised goods that are exempt unless not fitting the ordered specification - wrong initials, colour chip or number etc. However, we will always provide a proof to be approved prior to undertaking such works.
Statutory Rights - This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
